Hi Tim,

So, were you that 4K block trade that just went by??? SEEK has consistently beat estimates over the past year and I expect the same tonight. The one variable that I can think of is that merger expenses will probably cut into this quarter's numbers. Shoot, just to print and mail the merger agreement cost more than a few bucks.
