Any chance you have any more detailed info (or pointers to such) about the convertible preferred stock? Main reason I ask is that I've heard about too many "ugly" (for holders of the common stock) things happening with such things. If I get in the mood I might try to track the details down myself, but it's low on my priority list right now.

I seriously considered grabbing a few more shares last week (or maybe it was early this week or the weekend) when it was below 1.5. My idea was both to average down and that I think it's a bargain anywhere below 2. I ended up not adding any largely because I "just didn't get around to it."

In hindsight the idea was good, but the opportunity passed quickly. I think that means I need to start listening to my instincts better.
