Ah that's good news at least! There still is a shell! ( Ha!Ha!) Walter I know you don't know the answer to this as you would be rich already but where are we going from here? Maybe just sketch some scenarios for me if you have the time. It seems that there is no money left and no one with any interest left in the properties. Can they generate some cash by selling some rights to a property or is that what they've been trying all along already. Thanks, Danny
