This is certainly true and the exchange maintained a previous cease trading order until explanations were made by the company to explain why certain events did not occur as had previously been forecast.

As long as nothing material has occurred then all is in order.

The sale of the Taylor asset and not getting fair value would be material to the company and the shareholders. As would any major deal being done and not being reported in a timely fashion.

I am grateful for the information that you are contributing here as without it there is virtually nothing being offered to the shareholders.
