first, morgernstern is not that bad of guy and people who met him will say the same thing. he has over 700.000options in stock in dssi at higher price and he would benifit more than anybody if the stock went up. if you were at the shareholder meeting you could tell he was very upset about the stock and it was really affecting him. dssi has hired a new pr firm, bought back stock, tsemf, and basicly done everything in their power to increase shasreholder value long term. the semi business is turning-see-mu,mot,amat,klac, aNDtower will follow . also, the meter reading is doing well. the simple fact is converge has put their name together with every major player in the utility business. these big firms do not put their name with a little company unless they are impressed with the technology and the management. for me this gives credibility on its technology. second, george has made mistakes like most small tech companies-its business and this industry is not perfect. he made a mistake with cybercard ,it happens and cut his losses. phd, he double his money in three year and frankly it was a smart move because help desk stocks are getting killed -ie remedy(rmdy)so i believe the value holding would haver went down dratically if they held it. more important he did this because he wanted to focus soley on converge with deregalation in the US. remember, he did this by not diluting shareholdrrs but with money that he has made off other assets-tsemf, sale to geotek, mofet fund, .people are to negative with dssi becvause emotional with the stock price-the average stock with a market cap under 250million has gone down50%this year according to money magazine. its a credit crunch and nobody wants small cap stocks. it looks like that is changing. also, this is a stock if you don't like the management sell it . they don't because in their back of their mind they see the value and the potential. THE COMPANY is moving in the right direction ,the stocks will follow.
