Analysis of what? Whose testimony would the jury trust (even in the eyes of a courtroom)? The person who has known the killer for a long time or the expert?

It all depends what I'm called on the witness stand for. Allen, for purpose of analysis, there are people called character witnesses. They are put on the stand to vouch for others who they are familiar with.

Before most people will consider what someone in your age group will say, generally they have to
have a diploma,
and at least 5-10 years experience.
(and this is not limited to this fictitious example)


In a court of law, there are no such discerns between age groups. The sheer fact that I'm there would promote the possibility that the lawyer thought I could contribute, right?
