Albert J. Rapuano, president of the Company's NuOasis International,
Inc. subsidiary, oversees the international gaming operations, including the development of the two casinos in Tunisia. The 54 year old Rapuano is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in all aspects of hotel and casino management. Since 1993, he has been a partner and principal at EOR Weller Advertising and Marketing, a full-service advertising and marketing company specializing in the gaming industry. Prior to his work with EOR Weller, Rapuano served as president and chief operating officer of the 2,174 room Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Rapuano successfully guided the Riviera through and out of bankruptcy within 15 months. From 1982 to 1987, he served as executive vice president of the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, which was acquired by Bally Manufacturing Company in April 1986 and became the Bally's Casino Resort. This 2,832 room hotel and casino facility employed over 4,000 people and achieved gross annual revenues of $276 million with an annual operating income of $56 million.
