And a quiet note of gratitude for what was sure to be the above-and-beyond-the-call efforts of the SEC compliance officers involved - and the sacrifices of time and attention by their families and significant others during this 'sweep'. I know what's involved in something like this - heck, my first marriage to a *Wall Street Cop* fell victim to the demands - and the eternal frustration of chasing the crooks and their paper trail around the country, finally shutting them down, only to have them pop up somewhere else like a bad penny, ready to steal some other unsuspecting folks' money.

Here's to putting the bad guys out of business FOR GOOD.
