You have been hyping away here on this thread spreading the good news. In fact here is some good news that you were spreading recently (2 days ago) in the Top Dog about this very company.

Also, as a side note, some bad rumors of a RS circulated. It seems that there is a short position upwards of 1.5MM shares verified by the company from their reports. That's an enormous number of shares to be short for a stock about 1/2 buck and poised to go higher. Comments from the company this morning revealed this and their IR firm, Baron, posted on SI to put to rest this rumor. As much as we may not have wanted to see this happen and as much as we may not have known that this was going on behind the scenes, it was just their way to eliminate the fear that this causes and to let everyone know that there is NO RS planned. Yes, it probably caused some sell off but the price has rebounded and those that sold will see shortly that this was a failed attempt to big it lower before the big beef PRs hit the wires. As always, Top Dog will let the subscibers know to the best of it's knowledge when ever this may come up in any stock pick. In this case, nearly 20 conversations now and this issued was covered more than once.

Have you disclosed your position in FGRX/NBMX fully? Are you sure the SEC isn't going to be interested in your activities? Things like this make me very suspicious. Just like your claim on EDII to have seen Press Releases before they were actually released. Are you working with Carl Kruse on this stock?
