Matthew: Thanks for posting the letter from the senior Mr. Landi. The sincerity is obvious. I'm curious about the wine sales the company reported (unaudited), though. Please ask someone who knows how that works. How was the company able to market and sell wine in N.Y. (or, other places) without the proper licenses as has been indicated? Also, will you enlighten those of us who care how you (that is, the company) were able to promote yourselves under the I.B.D. letterhead without actually being promoted by I.B.D.?
