omer, he has learnedbecause converge is teaming up with all the major utilies. the key what the market does not know is PS&Ghas an equity stake in converge which morgernstern said at the shareholder meeting. he is not doing it alone like phd as you see with all these announcements. the key with the private is why take a private for say 25mill when you know if you get an order its worth 50mill to 60mill right away. converge obviously believes with talks to management or customers that they are lined up for orders. meaning this big ticket items-multi million -and they are in long plan discusions with customers. my point customers would not be spending so much time with converge if they didn't plan on getting an order.or vice versa-its a long plan, large order that does not happen overnight and has delays. but,conversely you don;t spend 6-18months with a customers and their time and not get order or believe its right there. one order changes this company dramatically. i hope they close soon.
