To potential investors,

Some people don't understand all the financial mumbo jumbo. Yet like to invest based upon an idea that is unfolding. To help expose what NuOasis Resorts is doing via Flexweight, I offer the following:

1) The new NuOasis Resorts website with an audible Financial Power Network interview with OTC's Geoff Eiten who visited the Tunisian properties earlier this year. A couple of pictures of the properties also viewable.

2) The prior / current NuOasis Resorts website with a movie and several pictures of the Tunisian Properties.

3) Ken Sammut on this thread has been to see the properties and has mailed some of us shareholder pictures. Feel free to ask him any questions that you may have. I'm certain that Ken would be anxious to talk to you.

4) Flexweight, to me, fills two of NuOasis Resorts needs. The first is a vehicle to a NASDAQ listing. The second is an opportunity to build a domestic resort branch. Remember, when it is all said and done NUOA will most likely own 85% of Flexweight.

Hope this helps some potential investors understand what NuOasis Resorts has going for it. Remember this is the tip of the iceberg. Current plans include possible Domestic, Spanish & Caribbean Resort properties.
