Bradley, let's open a discussion of the Security First situation here. As a businessman, I fail to understand why (in such an infant, uncertain and unproven marketplace) BVSN would take S1 stock, and exchange S1 stock, for products and services rendered. (In my calculating the deal, so far, BVSN is at the short end of the stick by approx. $354,250, as of the close today.)

If BVSN REALLY HAD THE CHOICE TO TAKE CASH VS. PARTNERING, I'm sorry, but under the circumstances, it seems to me to be a very risky venture and one that should not have been entered into at this juncture. I've owned and operated several successful companies, in start up situations, and this deal just doesn't make sense to me, UNLESS BVSN HAD NO CHOICE -- to do the deal, or not to do the deal.

Someone with previous successful business experience (and knowledge of e-commerce), please explain to me why this was a good deal for shareholders (again, providing BVSN had the choice whether to take cash or partner).
