Peapod's news is out. (.30)/shr loss for the quarter. $15.7 million revenues (only 15% up from last year's 3rd qtr).

In the conference call, phrases like "longer than we anticipated" and "underestimated" were used to describe the warehouse delays.

It is hard to be sympathetic.

Peapod needs to learn the mantra, "under-promise and over-deliver".
Instead of what appears to be the reverse.
