I think there is very little chance that MSFT will be broken up. In the long run, that would be very negative for the whole computer industry. MSFT remains one of the great companies of the past 20 years or of this century. A more likely result is a major fine, and a requirement that MSFT not utilize its OS position to restrain trade in other areas. Likely NSCP browser would be included as an icon on new Windows OS. And MSFT would have to make its OS code more available to competitors. Any of the above would be a major victory for NSCP. But NSCP's future really lies in its own hands. It is late to the portal game, and Netcenter is not as good as yahoo or excite or seek. Yahoo has break financial stuff, and loads a lot faster than netcenter. NSCP's real strength, IMO, is its ability to provide turnkey internet and intranet services for clients, utilizing a customized netcenter for that company. Larry
