Waste management as a group was out of favor in December. I like to buy stocks that are out of favor and hold for a while. I picked WAST
over WSTE (please don't ask me why). My WAST is up 35% so far and I
expect a lot more. The indicators (RSI, Momentum; etc) are just
beginning to improve. I have never had a stock that doubled or tripled
but I believe I have one now. A little positive news could really
set this sector off. Good luck, Tom
