Lewis,

Read what I wrote on the AWLT threads awhile ago. Will you please post this
link on that thread. I was terminated from SI for fighting the illegal shorts
in RMIL.

It goes like this.
Someone buys a large block of stock from the company at a deep discount. The
stocks is restricted and can not be sold for a set period of time, but the
owners of the stock can short against those shares and cover at a lower date.
Lets say the 1 million shares were sold to someone at .10 cents a share when
the stock was trading at .375 to .4375 cents. The owners start shorting it at
.375 and are already seeing a .27 plus cent profit on the shares, and have to
cover at a later date with their restricted shares. Note that these types of
actions usually occur outside the USA (say CANADA).... Lets also say that the
people that bought the discounted shares tried to get others to PUMP and HYPE
the stock so they could short into the spiking share prices!
This action happens everyday in many OTC stocks!
Did it happen here? I would bet that it has!

Gidget also reported to me that he recieved some 1 million shares from AWLT for
the same thing as William I. Looks like a class action should be filed against
AWLT by former and present shareholders!
