I would like to correct a couple of things that have appeared on this thread. The options that you refer to are in fact warrants of a private placement from 2 years ago. The vast majority of the participants in this private placement are not insiders. They are people like myself who took a risk and put money into a penny stock 2 years ago. Remember, stocks from private placements cannot be traded for one year, however in return I obtained a warrant to buy one share at $1.25 for each pp share for up to 2 years. If you have access to stockwatch you can check that none of the directors participated in this particular pp. As a matter of interest I usually look for stocks where the insiders participate in pp or take options in lieu of salary; it means they believe in the company. It should also be noted that many warrants do not get exercised because they are not in the money, particularly in the current environment.

I have been a share holder of BV for over 5 years. During this period Llyod Tattersall has spent an enormous amount of his time trying to persuade people like myself to finance private placements, he would have welcomed a contribution from you or anyone else. Without money from pp's a penny stock with no revenue cannot survive. Instead, therefore, of criticising I hope you can now see that BV would probably not exist without people like myself contributing to pp's

Regarding the current situation I strongly believe that BV and HDL have worked in the best interest of everyone. This has not been an easy process. I am only too thankful that the management at BV had the initiative to secure the wood deal. Without it I would imagine the stock would be considerably lower. Any concern about the shares flooding the market are unfounded. Firstly, as you can see, the exercise price of the warrant is the last trading price and secondly, people who participate in pp's are not looking for quick profits. Personally I believe this stock has considerable up side potential with no downside provided the deal gets approved.

I hope this clears up a few misconceptions.
