Leave poor Kevin alone. Looks like he took a good beating with this one. Carl only works with God and has much better places to put his money than in a Company that gives dividends to shareholders retroactively and screws current shareholders, fails to issue its financial statements when promised, and reverse splits its stock without any good news to go along with it. Lots of mistakes made by management. I agree with you that this one isn't worthy of anyone's attention.
