The CDNW NTKI merger mess now makes sense to me. At first, NTKI moved up to match the new price, CDNW moved down. Typical M&A activity. Then came the lawsuit, which drove NTKI down, and should have driven CDNW back up. But it didn't. Now both are moving down--fast. Reason: The market sees merger as sign of desperation from both companies. They are bleeding cash and will be out of biz within a year if they don't raise further capital or start making some moolah.
