I see that Newmont put about $2 million in a private placement into the stock. What is a "private" placement? Does this dilute the outstanding shares? NEM bought over 2,000,000 shares from the company(ARP)for $5 million, not $2 million...You know, the same deal like IDCN got...Non-dilutive. ARP has turned into the hottest junior mining stock to hit the mining industry in many years. And guess who pick her (there were a few) before she rocketed like the Discovery today. Anyway, good luck with "ROLLING" and I'll see you around. MM
