anyways, but what the hey. There is a later press release
that says the secondary was cancelled, It has expired anyways,
as these things are only good for 90 days or something. Call
actels investor relations if you want to confirm.
However, as part of the terms of the TI deal, TI did get 2.6 M
shares of actel stock, which did raise the total amout to around
20M shares, once again, check the press releases.
I am uncomfortable getting into extended discussions on my own
company, yet I feel it is better to correct mis-understandings
than to let people here go off half cocked.
Different topic: I note that last few days has been pretty good
for most semis, are we (FINALLY) starting a high tech rally?
I hope so, as since January I have been picking and choosing, and
if this happens I will be happy. (Damn, if I didn;t research AMTX,
WSTL PAIR, and then DIDNT BUY ANY, arrrgh).
