Yes, just got it on the newswires at 4:43. SGI just announced: a preliminary analysis of its results for the quarter ended December 31, 1996, it expects to report revenue of approximately $825 million. The pro forma combined revenue for Silicon Graphics and Cray Research for the comparable quarter in the prior year was $899 million. The Company expects net earnings per share to be in the break-even range, without giving effect to merger charges relating to the June 1996 acquisition of Cray Research. Go figure?
