Must admit I'm a bit surprised HEC hasn't snapped up both Pkc and ROH at the prices we've seen. Don't they have alot of cash on hand? Or are they just waiting for the "little guys" to fold? As to your questions. My take on it is that PKC's association with Yorkton was preventing some investors from participating. Therefor there's been a move to Mcdermid Goepel,( a new brokerage house that came out for the merger of Mcdermid St Lawrence Chisholm, and Goepel) The attempt to secure some major financing for future operations is being dealt with as we speak. Perhaps they have managed to delay payment to HEC but I haven't heard officially. I believe it's a contingency they had to look at though.
