Patience and Caution are my keywords here.

I don't perceive any lack of growth in POWI. From what you mentioned, the future looks bright. But I like to be aware of the competitive and legal pressures as much as I can from a investor perspective.

I appreciate your giving, and am aware of the lack of my contributions here. Myself have been more of an investor in the ERP/DW software world. (ITWO, SEBL,MANU)This is my first foray outside software. So the nature of my questions.

From what I know of the lawsuits, POWI has taken an aggresive stance in sueing Motorola, who also happens to be one of their main customers in the US. Last I heard, Motorola was still looking at the lawsuit. Have not heard anything more.

Also, the TinySwitch line sounds like a great opportunity. But, I wonder what the lawsuit is about?. Is it about a competing product against this product line by Motorola? etc etc?

Cheers
sadsack.
