Freeus, the computer is a 350Mhz PII. The 100MHz is for the SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic RAM) memory. This is the speed of the motherboard. Intel always set the speed of their chips by jumper settings as a multiple of the motherboard speed. E.g. remember 486 DX2's at 66MHz? They were 33MHz clock doubled to 66MHz. Original Pentiums came out at 60MHz and 66MHz. Hence your 133MHZ is 2X motherboard. 350Mhz is 3.5X the 100MHz board. INTC introduced the 100MHz boards earlier this year. With 300MHz chips at 4.5X the 66Mhz board there were serious bottle necks in performance.
