I agree on the head and shoulders reversal pattern in the RMS index which is mirrored by many stocks which also show a double bottom. So the question is which stocks look the best for appreciation with the least risk. Bought KPT which is cheap and absolutely sold out. Also bought GL which has experienced great buying support along with a host of other great stocks. The right shoulder however, does not look classic in many stocks as the tax selling by mutual funds has held the stocks down for the last several trading days. This selling should end this week and hopefully, we are off to the upside.
