One thing that I will grant you, Allen, is that you are correct about situation experts not having any validity in a court of law. I can't dispute that because there is no possibility to refute that claim. But to equate a court of law with "the real world" is impossible.

But off topic: regardless of my sometimes flare-ups of temper, you are a tooth-and-nail debator, one that is respected by me, anyways. You don't answer questions with BULL, a non-thought provoking argument.
