My take on the Westergaard thing:

PINC had publicized if you bring sales to the company, you would receive a compensation for the revenue. I think Mr. Westergaard is
going to do like AOL is supposed to: either allow electronic downloads of the software, or a link to Planet City. If Mr. Westergaard likes the product, his endorsement and Y2K connections should lead to more sales of MBK. Hence, a joint venture is borne, both parties profit, like a lot of "respected" businesses are.

I am not sure of the "company they keep" comment you made. Does it deal with prior posts of the Emerging Company Reports legal issues, PAR program, ???
