Josef, My take on the Westergaard thing: PINC had publicized if you bring sales to the company, you would receive a compensation for the revenue. I think Mr. Westergaard is going to do like AOL is supposed to: either allow electronic downloads of the software, or a link to Planet City. If Mr. Westergaard likes the product, his endorsement and Y2K connections should lead to more sales of MBK. Hence, a joint venture is borne, both parties profit, like a lot of "respected" businesses are. I am not sure of the "company they keep" comment you made. Does it deal with prior posts of the Emerging Company Reports legal issues, PAR program, ??? See ya Fri ROB PS Good dinner at the Outback.
