Another interesting note, is the distribution as of late. The Sapps, the former owners of Southern, have been selling their shares slowly, but surely. They have sold over 430,000 since May, a lot of which came in September. More shares are floating around now. They still have over 1.9 mil shares, and 250k in options, I think. More dilution and selling could come from them. They don't seem to necessarily pick a top to sell, they just steadily sell.
