I am still a tad fuzzy on this (my fuzziness, not yours) but I feel fuzzy on a higher level. <g> Probably comes from long ago having understood MVS IO far too well to not try to overengineer my IO subsystem! It is decided: not config3! <g> Onward ... case, cdrom and sound card arrived today. The Q500 has a PowerMan 300W supply. Is powerman Chevy? Cadillac? Please don't say Ford: Found On Road Dead - I owned one and yes I was on the side of the road! <g> Paul
