Monday January 6 4:53 PM EST Raytheon Co remains good fit for Hughes By Michael Ellis BOSTON, Jan 6 (Reuter) - Raytheon Co proposed acquisition of Texas Instruments Inc defense assets does not make the company any more attractive as a partner for Hughes Electronics Corp ( GM Hughes Electronics Corp ), but the two would still fit well together, analysts said on Monday. "Hughes would fit the best with Raytheon now without a doubt," said Jack Modzelewski, an analyst with PaineWebber.
