If more info comes out soon on FE, we could finally see LEAH rise back to a more reasonable level. As for LEAH's own value, the November audited figures will help, but the February fully-audited report will be needed to convince the investment community that there is real value here. AMEX by February or March would be nice. I like this to reach book-or-better by Spring. 31 cents-a-share is, to paraphrase Warren Buffet, "Silly".
