I am sorry to say that Yes , you are probably a dummy, because you can not do logical thinking, analysis, ..etc which needs a smart brain. The only thing you can say
is " Because you make no sense to me " but can not give any reason or analysis to explain why !!!!!!!!!!!

As to whether DOJ will file a suit against NSCP later, well, from David Bois's comment that the AOL and NSCP deal is different , so AOL and NSCP was not dividing the market. Since David represented the DOJ, so DOJ is holding a double standard to protect AOL and NSCP, then why do you think DOJ will file a suit later against NSCP ? While in this case DOJ already said AOL and NSCP's deal is different and that they were not dividing the market ? BUT THE HAR PROOF AND EVIDENCE SHOWED THAT AOL AND NSCP IS TRYING TO DIVID THE MARKET AT THAT TIME. TIS EVIDENCE DID NOT COM FROM MSFT"S IMAGINATION OR SAID STORT BY THE THIRD PARTY, BUT AOL"S WRITTEN MEMO !!!!!!!!!!!!!
