Conservatives do not support sucking the brains out of children.

No one except some serial killer would support "sucking brains out of children." I have yet to find, nor has anyone posted to me, evidence of any organization on the face of the planet who supports partial-birth abortion on demand.

But the hyperbolic imagery aside, even the underlying point made is simply incorrect. Plenty of people who call themselves conservatives (indeed, a majority of Republicans according to every poll I've ever read) support a woman's right to choose to abort a fetus in the first or early second trimesters.
