You make no sense to me because you seem to be claiming Microsoft will recoup its costs of developing Macintosh IE from OS sales, but Microsoft doesn't produce the Macintosh OS. Perhaps I'm misinterpreting what you're saying. I am, after all, just a dummy. But now that I've articulated my reasoning, how about you giving a sensible response? BTW, I don't think the DOJ will file suit against Netscape. Luckily, we have your "smart brain" and incisive legal analysis to show us the flaws in Mr. Bois' and the DOJ's thinking. Not. No matter who the DOJ sues or doesn't sue, how does that absolve Microsoft? JMHO, and neither a legal opinion nor investment advice.
