Bill, Re: Premarket activity, I couldn't agree more. I have had similar experiences. I simply use premarket and postmarket Island bids and offers to either round out positions or make quick exits. However, today was an exception. A bear rumour on CSCO initiated a flood of ECN offerings in premarket (thursday 10/29) which were easy pickings. Its rare, but it happens.
