Marc Tow says he immediately called Jack after the PR was released and told him that he had to correct the PR because there was no way that the $200MM claim could be verified. According to Tow, Jack said, "My pencil says it's $200MM". Just for the record, Tow said the same thing to me when I spoke with him at the end of August.
