Having once been facinated with warrents, I agree. Companies often seem to time their expirations or strike prices to when they think the stock will hit them, so they don't have to carry a lot of stock in case they get executed. Sometimes they miss though.

I kinda of wonder if you can use the experation date as an indicator of when MEMC thinks it will have started out of the trough.
