Jim - I see no reason why an independent service and support organization can not do a better job than the captive organizations It has been a good, effective method in the past, but remember that Dell's industry-leading service model was originally built in partnership with DEC - those guys are no slouches. I agree that the votes are not in on how this will play out, but the revenue numbers say that the corporate world is buying integrated services in a big way from the leaders, and it is an increasingly important part of a complete enterprise story.
