My point is that no doubt the US of A is a great nation with no. 1 economy. But, the rest of the world IS NOT DUMB! At least that is what the dopes in Washington and New York seem to think. When you have a $5.7 tril debt and more than 20% of it is held by foreigners, you just can't afford to be calling the shots all the time. A time cometh when the reality check will have to be honored at the Feds.
