Glad I did because I came away with entirely different impressions than those mostly posted so far. I'm going to listen to the CC again and will post details later. But in general these are my impressions. I don't believe mgmt is intentionally trying to depress the stock preparatory to a mgmt LBO. Noam didn't use the words competitive environment, pricing pressure, etc 50 times; only maybe 7 or 8. Beneath the overlay of caution re the business climate, competition, etc, the company sounded very confident about: revenues increasing sequentially , not just for Q4, but "going forward; about the successful introduction of new products which in some cases will "push the envelope"; that the company will turn things around and restore shareholder value. I agree with Sector Investor that mgmt mishandled and mislead us re the last earnings warning that lead to a 70% decline in the value of our shares. Now it turns out that revenues dropped only 4.7% instead of the 10+% predicted. They also badly mislead us re R&D and SGA.
