Company has SEVERAL marketing partners in advanced discussions. News releases have been minimal, obviously, prior to approval. Marketing is not an issue, IMO. A larger issue will be how the HMO's and other third-party insurers feel about paying for the procedure. The panel's recommendation was definitely VERY positive, their few reservations (mainly small sample size) being of little significance in comparison to their general praise for the column. Several panel members implied that this procedure will eventually become a standard part of the treatment regimen. Ten-to-one panel vote is unusually positive.
