Dog,

It is clear looking at the IBM and CPQ results that companies are paying for these services. Margins are good now.

The model is effective but it is not efficient IMO. Thus, I see this whole area of services as a potential bonanza for any company who can figure out how to be both effective and efficient and which can address the needs of all segments of the market.
