Well, I found you. Hi there Rory-yy. TinEar here.

I am fascinated with your words of wisdom in your intro and in your first response. You are well above my level, however. Setting up the Boardview (which I constantly use) is certainly a pain. Using the "save" feature after setting it up in my order and with my column attributes is the way I've been attacking that problem. At first, it was driving me crazy every time the system crashed or "refreshed" (as they like to call it) until I found how the "save" feature worked. I quickly learned to do that every time I make a change to my pages.

I'll have to start getting into the internals of the system as you have but I think for now I'll have to be a follower instead of a provider of good information.

The constant "refreshing" of the system during the day makes me a little crazy. Always seems to happen at the most critical times - or so it seems. The other feature I don't like is that you can't just quickly "kill" the program (or I don't know how to do it.) When it screws up, it just takes hold of the computer and won't go away until it damn well feels like it which can often be several minutes. It would be much simpler if you could just kill it and restart the whole mess from scratch.

Anyway, I'll be watching to see if anything comes up that I can use. If I stumble on something interesting, I'll certainly pass it your way too.
