ALL--Here's the way I see it. Caputo sells 350,000 shares at the offering--pockets a cool 3,500,000. Pays himself a hefty salary, while the stock price plummets to rock bottom. Uses the lawsuit, as an excuse, to make no communication, what so ever with the suffering shareholders. He now has enough money, at our expense, to live comfortably the rest of his life, and we can all rot in hell. Jan
