("MGJ") The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the issue of 50,000 shares to Major General Resources Ltd. in respect of the company's property in the Harp Lake Area, Central Labrador, Newfoundland. The Company acquired this property pursuant to an agreement dated November 17, 1995. This share issuance represents the second tranche.
