Prediction: There will be no audited or unaudited financial statements much less an SEC filing unless this shell is acquired by someone else to try again WAY WAY WAY down the road. The reason for this is simply that if there is any $ left at all it will be necessary to give it to attorneys not accountants. This shell will never trade again in my opinion due to the scrutiny it will now receive over the next 18 months by the SEC and any attached liability to whoever was involved with the company. Why anyone would want the notoriety and expense of this ugly mess to put a new idea in is beyond me. I for one am writing this off and moving on. Good luck to all here.
