Justa: I should have followed you 2 weeks ago <g>. So NOW you're short, huh? <VBG>. Maybe if you can e-mail me every time you change position, I'll follow your lead and do away with all of my worry and aggravation. PTL for my other holdings (bull on all of them). Seriously tho', good call then and (hopefully) good call now. KLAC peaked at a PE of 77 this AM, and they haven't discounted next FY (begins 6/99) earnings one iota. I love these two companies (AMAT and KLAC), but until the numbers start to show some "rational uberence", I'll continue to be a pain in the arse bear. Just calling it as I see it... BP
