Again, the question is who *has* Monopoly power. Did Netscape have the power to raise prices on Navigator? No. Did AOL have the power to raise prices on their online service? No, they had to drop it to the other service providers' prices, even though AOL offers a lot more than an ISP.

Does Microsoft have the power to raise and lower prices on their OS at will? You betcha, and they did it at every opportunity to control the marketplace. That's how they manipulated the OEMs, by saying things like "It's 9$ a piece if you don't buy from company X, but it's $18 a piece if you do."
